THURSDAY 6TH NOVEMBER

9:30am - Start your day strong with Rachel’s Body Tone at The EMC! She's got loads more classes throughout the week including Zumba and Pure Stretch, so check out the full schedule. 💪

10am & 11:30am - Bring your little ones to Baby Rhyme Time at Harpenden Library for musical fun and giggles! A lovely way to introduce babies to rhythm and language. Donations welcome. 🎵

12pm - The Regenify Health Open Day runs until 7:30pm! Pop in for a free 10-minute trial of the Human Regenerator. Whether you're a health enthusiast or just curious about wellness technology, it's worth checking out. ✨

10:35am - Remembrance Day Parade moves off from Rothamsted Park heading to the War Memorial. Service starts at the War Memorial at 10:50am. The Mayor will lay a wreath on behalf of the town. Everyone welcome to pay their respects 🌺

2:30pm - Brad and Dills Roast Dinners at The Park! Traditional Sunday roasts every Sunday from November. Book in store or DM on Insta. 🍽️
